Deposits

A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Blow-drys, cut and all bridal/wedding party bookings require a 50% deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your total balance, payable at your visit.

Please note that we will only hold appointments for 48 hours. If a deposit is not paid within this time, the booking will be released.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made after this window (or failure to attend your appointment) will result in the loss of your deposit.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and offer it to a client on our waiting list. We confirm appointments 72 hours and 24 hours in advance to remind you of this appointment. If you haven’t confirmed within 48 hours we have the right to cancel your appointment

Please note that appointments booked within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a non-refundable 25% deposit in the event of cancellation.

Please note that we allow a maximum of 2 cancellations of your exisiting appointment. Please note that your 25% deposit will be forfeited if not booked within a 4-week timeframe.

Credit card details will need to be given to make your appointment, they will be kept on a secure system to ensure your your details are safe.

Service Guarantee

We are confident that you will be happy with your service, however if you are unsatisfied with the result, you will have 7 days from the date of your original appointment to contact us for a service correction. Please note that this does not include change of mind.

Late Policy

Clients who do not arrive within 20 minutes of their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee and will need to re-book.

We understand that life gets busy however, to ensure fairness for others and our team, we require our clients to adhere to appointment times. We will always try our best to accommodate.

Consultations

We love to consult and quote on services prior to commencement, to ensure complete satisfaction as we do not refund for change of mind. Every effort will be taken to reasonably correct hair that does not meet the agreed consultation.

$50 Consultation Fee applies to new clients.

Merchandise Policy

We will gladly exchange unopened retail items within 7 days when returned to the Salon of purchase along with a receipt.

We do not refund for change of mind. We offer a credit or exchange for product only (cannot apply to hair services).

Electrical Tools Policy

In line with the policies of our suppliers, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to register the warranty. GHD must be registered by the customer at the time of purchase. In the event of a faulty heat styling tool, please contact the manufacturer’s customer service centre.

Sundays, Public Holidays and After Hours

Sundays and Public Holidays incur a 10% increase in pricing on all services. Outside of working hours is charged at a rate of $40 per hour.
